Honoring Memory: Yizkor Services and Memorial Book Distribution

As we approach the final day of Passover, we pause to remember those we have loved and lost. In our Jewish tradition, Yizkor—meaning “May [G-d] remember”—is a sacred time for reflection, prayer, and honoring the souls of our departed.

We are pleased to share that the Daughters of Sarah Community for Seniors has prepared and distributed our annual Yizkor Memorial Book, lovingly created to remember family and friends who have passed, and which you can download here. This meaningful tradition enables our community to cherish the memories of our loved ones, whose legacies continue to inspire us.

Please join us for Yizkor Services on Sunday, the last day of Passover, at 11:30 a.m. in the shul at Daughters of Sarah Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. All residents, families, staff, and community members are welcome to attend.

May the memories of those we recall during Yizkor be a source of comfort and a blessing.

Zichronam livracha — may their memory be for a blessing.
