The Daughters of Sarah Community for Seniors shows appreciation for our employees throughout the year. However, once a year, we offer employees the opportunity to be nominated for a financial reward in recognition of their outstanding work.
This is your opportunity to let us know who you think is most deserving of this recognition.
Full- and part-time employees must have a year of service to be eligible for awards. For the Tien and Massry awards, employees may be nominated by residents, their families, and friends. The Healey Team Builder award is by staff nomination only.

- Tien Family Caregiver Recognition Award Nomination Form
- Established in 1995 by the Tien Family in memory of their beloved Yu-Shih Tien and Tien-Lun Li, to honor those Nursing and Rehabilitation Center caregivers who best serve residents in a compassionate and selfless manner.
- Massry Residence Caregiver Recognition Award Nomination Form
- Established to honor those Massry Residence caregivers who best serve residents in a compassionate and selfless manner.
- The Joan Healey Team Building Annual Award Nomination Form
- Established in 2014 by Senior Management in honor of Joan Healey, former Administrator, to recognize those employees who best demonstrate teamwork, productivity, and significant moral character.
