For the protection of our residents, your message will be seen by our recreational staff before being delivered. This is to ensure that the message is genuinely from a loved one. We will not alter your message in any way. Residents unable to come to the computer to read their email will have the printed message brought to them and, if necessary, read to them.

This form should not be used as a method for contacting the Nursing Center regarding individual resident questions. For such matters, please call the resident’s Nurse Manager, or Nursing Administration (724-3353).
